Our goal with The Sound of Horror is to share with you the modern equivilent of the venerable "mix" you’d share with new friends. Fill every possible minute with music, and make it some of the best and most interesting tracks we can dig up.

I think we’ve accomplished both. With 24 tracks and a running time of 73:58, we couldn’t fit much more on this comp. We want you to get the most for your hard earned scratch.

We’re looking to begin a tradition of these compilations, one per year. Combining better known bands with new and upcoming acts,  and help broaden the genre bands’ ability to get into stores and increase audiences.

You can find The Sound of Horror at Hot Topic stores nationwide, on Interpunk, and through our own online store. We’d suggest buying from Hot Topic, and if you don’t see it there, ask them for it!  It’s the first step towards opening up the market for horror bands, to unleash them upon the masses!
